Project documentation includes material and labor costs, resource and asset tracking, schedule milestones, goals and objectives. Our construction crews are trained in all aspects of steel building erection and follow safety and quality procedures to comply with OSHA requirements.

The company Support Services Manager is Ernie Smith who has over 30 years experience in residential, commercial and government construction projects. Ernie specializes in below ground engineering for foundations to include blasting and heavy rock demolition and trenching for water, sewer, gas and electric utilities. His contract and management experience includes all phases of planning to include site preparation and final grading, site drainage and culverts, septic systems and sewer connections, concrete and masonry foundations, driveways, road work and metal warehouse structures. Ernie founded Dos LLaves Enterprises in 1999 and became an Arizona registered contractor with residential and commercial Engineering and General Contracting licenses.

The company Construction Services Manager supervises contracting, scheduling, and quality control for all phases of residential and commercial contracting, working with clients through the total building process; Site work and utilities, concrete; structural, tilt-up and flat work. Overseeing structural; masonry, steel and carpentry, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing and pre-engineered Buildings.
